Best Protection against Diseases- A Healthy body!!


Exercising regularly not only keeps our body fit, but also our mind refreshed. Maintaining physical fitness should be the first priority for everyone. We all should make it a habit to do exercises in our daily routine.

One type of exercise that not only contributes in sustaining good physical health, but also mental health is YOGA. Yoga has gained lot of popularity worldwide. The International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st March. It marks the significance of practicing Yoga and its benefits on our physical and mental well-being.

Many ‘asanas’ are practiced while performing Yoga. Each one of them has its own advantage. Yoga can be practiced by all ages of people. It can be mastered easily, provided one is determined to learn it.

Owing to the current scenario, where Coronavirus has gripped the whole world, everybody is tensed. In this situation, it is very important to practice Yoga on a daily basis, so that our mind can get free of all the negative thoughts. Secondly, practicing Yoga is the best way to develop immunity against all kinds of diseases. It is strongly recommended by doctors to perform Yoga, so that one does not undergo depression or anxiety.

Thus, it is our body that will remain with us forever and we should take utmost care to keep it in good shape. The reason for it is ‘People who do not have time to look after their body will have to take out time for illness.’
